In the city of Nocturne, Fallon is a young college dropout who fights crime under the superhero identity, the Weather Caller. One night, he gets effortlessly defeated by a new criminal, the mysterious half-demon Shade. Refusing to surrender, Fallon uncovers the secrets of Shade's nature and has to decide whether it's worth to keep fighting or not.
